Do you experience any of the following symptoms?

  • Blank-out under time stress

  • Timed tests more difficult
  • Problems remembering
  • Difficulty staying on task
  • Early signs of dementia
  • Easily distracted
  • Slow reading
  • Dyslexia
  • Difficulty using time effectively
  • Poor reading comprehension
  • Difficulty concentrating
  • Poor self image
  • Poor memory
  • Low energy

These symptoms are often due to a lack of sufficient brain energy to operate critical brain processes.  By increasing the number of connected neurons in the high achievement areas of the brain, you can increase your overall brain energy.  A well known method for doing this is through the use of effective mental aerobics.
